Welcome to LCD Care. By using our website and repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before availing our services.


1. General

These terms apply to all services provided by LCD Care, including in-shop and doorstep repair of LED, LCD, Smart TVs, and microwave ovens. By contacting us or using our service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.


2. Service Scope

  • Our technicians aim to diagnose and repair the reported issue to the best of their ability.

  • In some cases, if a product cannot be repaired, we will inform you in advance.

  • We do not guarantee repair for devices with unavailability of spare parts or excessive damage.


3. Diagnosis & Estimates

  • Upon inspection, we may provide a cost estimate for the repair.

  • The estimate is subject to change based on actual damage or part availability.

  • If the customer declines the service after diagnosis, a nominal inspection charge may apply.


4. Spare Parts

  • We use genuine or high-quality compatible parts based on availability.

  • Spare parts may carry a limited warranty, which will be specified at the time of service.

  • We are not responsible for customer-supplied spare parts.


5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service.

  • We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other modes as agreed.

  • For onsite repairs, full payment is required after the successful completion of the repair.


6. Warranty & Liability

  • We offer a limited service warranty for specific repairs, typically between 7–30 days.

  • The warranty applies only to the issue originally repaired and does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.

  • LCD Care is not liable for any data loss, damage, or further issues arising due to prior damage or third-party interference.


7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel a repair request before the technician is dispatched.

  • Once work has begun, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued for completed services.

  • Refunds for faulty parts or service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate information is shared about the product and issue.

  • Maintain a safe environment for our technician during home visits.

  • Remove any personal content or sensitive data from the device before repair.


9. Modifications to Terms

LCD Care reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
